Relationshipsattvaguna is an AI-powered mental health and relationship analysis platform that provides:

• Emotional message analysis and spiritual reply generation
• Psychological analysis using AI models (Gemini, GPT)
• Relationship insights based on Gottman Method and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
• Mental health trajectory analysis including depression and psychosis indicators
• Sattva Guna wellness reports incorporating Hindu wisdom
• Personalized recommendations and therapeutic interventions

3. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The Service is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The analyses, recommendations, and insights provided are for informational and educational purposes only.

• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information from our Service
• If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact emergency services immediately
• Our Service does not establish a doctor-patient relationship
• AI-generated insights may contain errors or inaccuracies and should not be solely relied upon

4. User Accounts and Authentication

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account through our authentication provider (Clerk). You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use another person's account without permission
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Use automated means to create accounts

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

5.1 Service Tiers

We offer the following service tiers:

• Free Tier: 1 free spiritual reply generation or analysis per account
• Pro Tier: ₹499 per month for up to 100 analyses per billing cycle

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You are responsible for:

• Providing valid payment information
• Ensuring sufficient funds or credit are available
• Updating payment information if it changes

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate.

5.4 Usage Limits

Pro tier usage limits (100 analyses per month) reset on your monthly renewal date. Unused analyses do not roll over to the next billing period.

5.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new rates.

6. Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS: All payments for subscriptions are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for:

• Partial months of service
• Unused analyses or features
• Account cancellations mid-billing cycle
• Dissatisfaction with Service results or quality
• Technical issues preventing Service access

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

7. Cancellation and Termination

7.1 User Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• Your account will revert to Free tier after the billing period ends

7.2 Company Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Any reason at our sole discretion

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

• Use the Service for competitive analysis or to build competing products
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service
• Overload or interfere with Service infrastructure

9. User Content and Data

When you submit messages, text, or other content for analysis, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Process, analyze, and store your content
• Use AI models to generate insights and recommendations
• Improve our algorithms and Service quality

9.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You represent that:

• You own or have rights to the content
• The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge

9.3 Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that:

• Violates privacy rights of others
• Contains personal information of minors
• Promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activities
• Is hateful, discriminatory, or offensive

10. Intellectual Property Rights

11. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Service uses artificial intelligence (Gemini, GPT, and proprietary models) to generate analyses and recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors
• Results are based on limited information and may not reflect complete context
• AI models may exhibit biases or limitations
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs
• You should exercise independent judgment when relying on AI-generated insights

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Achin Tyagi SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• PERSONAL INJURY OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ₹499, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Achin Tyagi and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Content you submit to the Service

16. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Clerk (authentication)
• Razorpay (payment processing)
• Google Gemini (AI analysis)
• OpenAI GPT (AI analysis)
• VAPI (voice integration)

Use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

17. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

• Posting updated Terms on our website
• Sending email notification to registered users
• Displaying a notice within the Service

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

22. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.
